BioEase CBD ships orders primarily through UPS, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

What Shipping methods does BioEase CBD offer?

BioEase CBD offers free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $100. Customers will pay a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders under $99.99. Free shipping is offered when the subtotal is over $100.00 – this does not include taxes or discounts.

Is BioEase CBD able to ship to all 50 states?

BioEase CBD can ship to all 50 states using UPS, not including PO Boxes.

Can BioEase CBD ship outside the United States?

BioEase CBD cannot ship outside the Unites States.

Can BioEase CBD Ship to Military Bases?

BioEase CBD cannot ship to Military Bases.

Can I Change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at 281-742-0189 to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If the order is still being processed, we can update the shipping address. Once the order ships, we are unable to update the address.

How Can I track my order?

Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through UPS Tracking.

Can my order ship through the weekend?

UPS will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays. 

How soon can BioEase CBD ship my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

What if I don’t receive my order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at 281-742-0189.
